It took me about 20 min biking from my office to Alviso Marian County Park. One time, I backpacked three camera bodies (645E, F100, D200), four lenses, and a tripod biking with head wind to there. I found there were too much for my body. 

I know nothing about birds. Please kindly let me know the names of these birds if you have it.

I'd never prepared my lens for bird. This big one let me got to him/her so close (~15 foot). We'd just kept that distance for ~10 min. I thought about getting closer such that he/she would take off for my chance to take a good picture. Still, I did not do it because there was his/her home. Well, I was just a guest.
